FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY
1. The promotion starts on Wednesday 5th August 2020 and ends on Wednesday 19th August 2020.
2. The promotion is open to anyone aged 18 and over, and excludes employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, their associated companies, their agents and anyone associated with the Promotion either directly or indirectly.
3. The prize is one item from Valencia 19/20 Home Kit collection. The size of each garment available is listed below. Only one size from each garment listed below can be selected. The items are:
– 1 x Valencia 19/20 Home Kit (In size M only)
4. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
5. One winner will be chosen at random.
How to Enter and Conditions of Entry
6. For a chance to win the prize, participants must:-

7. By entering the Promotion, participants agree that the internet is global and their photos may be copied and uploaded onto other websites.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. In addition, the Promoter also reserves the right to exclude entries and/or user names that are indecent, immoral, defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, infringes third party intellectual property rights, or portrays or encourages illegal activities. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Promotion, and any future contest or other promotion conducted by the Promoter and to take such other action as may be appropriate if the Promoter reasonably suspects any breach of the terms and conditions set out in this document (the “Terms and Conditions”) or interferes with the entry process.
Prizes
9. 1 prize which consists of 1 item from the Valencia 19/20 Home Kit collection.
10. The winner will be selected at random and contacted by Batzine via Direct Message by Wednesday 19th August 2020. The winners will be asked to confirm their name, postal address and desired product sizes. The winners must reply by 5pm(Singapore time) on the day. The Promoter will take all reasonable steps to contact the winners, however, if the winner cannot be contacted the Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to the runner up. The runner up will be contacted at 12pm on Thursday 20th August 2020.
11. The winner will be required to share a delivery address to receive the prize.
12. No cash or alternative prizes are available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
13. The winner agrees that the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their names and country of residence for the purposes of announcing the winners and for related promotional purposes.
14. The winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from the Promotion.
Promoters rights
15. The Promoter’s decision regarding all promotional matters will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. If due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control, if it is necessary to suspend, amend, or cancel the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to do so and will inform participants by putting up a notice on levi.com and in Stores.
17. In the event of fraud, abuse, and / or an error affecting the proper operation of the Promotion, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, the Promoter reserves the right to end or suspend the Promotion; amend the Terms and Conditions; and declare void the notification of winner.
18. No liability is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, requests or other documents related to the Promotion that are incorrectly completed, are lost, damaged or delayed for any reason whatsoever. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for participants being unable to connect to the sites or to participate in the Promotion, or if their entry is lost, due to any error, problem, technical or otherwise connected with the web connection.
19. No liability shall be accepted for any loss, damage or liability caused to the winners as a direct or indirect result of the prizes awarded through this Promotion.
20. The Participants agree not to use any “deep-link”, “robot”, or other automatic or manual device, software, program, code, algorithm or methodology, to access, modify, copy or monitor any portion of the Site, or in any way reproduce, change or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, or information through any means not purposely made available by the Promoter through the Site. The Promoter reserves the right to take measures to prevent any such activity and to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that such participant has engaged in any such practices.

Any personal information received from any Participant will only be used for administering the Promotion as set out in these Terms and Conditions and will not be sold or provided to third parties. Participants have a right of access to any computer files containing any of their personal data and a right to have such data corrected or deleted.
22. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry. Please make a note of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.
23. The Promotion will be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any claims and/or disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of [country], without prejudice to any right of any participant to bring or defend a claim in the jurisdiction in which (s)he resides.
